My parents have a habit of saving 1 dollar coins. So, I went with my mum to deposit the savings in the past 2 months. There was a total of 260 1 dollar coins in total.

Then a few days later, when my mum was cooking, the glass lid exploded into a thousand peices. She only had very little minor cuts. This is how the lid looks like after the explosion.
There are more pieces on the floor and somewhere else. Took some time to clear it.
